Designed by architectural firm HASSELL, the 16-storey commercial office space owned by Cbus Property is expected to set new standards in Australian green urban design.
The development will come with a price tage of $220 million and is expected to be completed by mid-2014. Its development is expected to not only offer a new aesthetic to the Docklands area, but also lead the way for green clad structures in the Melbourne CBD.
